    Law Firm

Generating documents and organizing case files.

    Sample implementations

    How it looks in practice

    Problem

Lawyers spend a large part of their day writing first drafts of routine documents: contracts, replies to letters, motions. It is repetitive, time-consuming work, and a mistake in a template repeats itself across dozens of documents.

    Solution

A local AI model, running entirely on the firm's own infrastructure, generates a first draft of a document based on a short description of the case and selected parameters. The lawyer receives a document to edit, not to write from scratch. The model never sends any data outside the firm.

    Benefits
First drafts ready in minutes instead of hours
Client data stays inside the firm, zero leak risk
Lawyers focus on the substance, not on typing out templates
    Real-world example

The firm handles a lot of debt-collection cases. A lawyer describes the case in a few sentences, picks the type of document, statement of claim, demand letter, response, and moments later has a draft ready for review. Preparing a routine letter now takes 10 minutes instead of 45.

    What we can automate

    Repetitive tasks

Automating activities performed manually every day.

    Reports and analytics

Reports and metrics generated automatically, no spreadsheets needed.

    Integrations

Connecting systems so data never has to be retyped by hand.
