We prepare a concrete plan: scope, technology, timeline and pricing. The proposal responds to the real needs from the previous meeting, it is not a ready-made template off the shelf.

Mini implementation workshops
We implement the solution together with your team, not instead of it. Participants learn to use it in practice, on their own tasks. After the workshops the system works, and people know how to use it and keep developing it.
Development and maintenance
We don't disappear after go-live. We keep the system stable, respond to changing needs and keep developing new features. It's a relationship, not a one-off service.
