Our implementation work is billed once. The U-KNOW.AI platform itself runs on a licence model — per user, monthly or annually (a year costs the same as 10 months), with add-ons such as API access, MCP Server, dedicated connectors, or extra storage. The final licence cost depends on the edition, the number of users, and the add-ons — we quote it together with the implementation, in a single offer, so you know the full cost from the start.
